I'm driven by a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences through empathetic User Experience Research. I believe the key to successful products lies in truly understanding users' underlying needs and motivations.  My approach combines qualitative (Interviews, ethnographic research, observational usability testing, contextual inquiry) and quantitative (Surveys, A/B testing, statistical usability testing, NPS, TCR/TOT) methods to uncover hidden insights.  The key to providing solutions that address needs is to involve users directly through testing and by making minimal assumptions.  By analyzing actions alongside spoken words, using techniques from practical psychology, I have helped design experiences that surprised, is a positive manner. This focus on user behaviour ensures user voices are heard and acted upon, leading to products that are both innovative and inclusive.

My research & goes beyond the average user. I have a dedicated focus on ensuring products are accessible and inclusive for elderly and disabled populations. These communities are often under-served, and I believe their needs deserve equal attention.  Through a drive to have a comprehensive understanding of user limitations, I champion their rights by immersing myself in their specific needs during the design process.  My research methods extend beyond typical scenarios, I utilize the tools that the disabled population uses, or limit myself in some way.  Ultimately, I strive to drive positive change through user-centered design, creating products that enhance the lives of all individuals.
